TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions of use for the online store www.rovise.com for purchasing goods/services offered by Arsero SRL apply to all orders placed through the website.
For proper use of the website, we recommend carefully reading these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change these provisions without prior notice.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The website is owned by Arsero SRL. By placing an order in the online store, the buyer agrees to the Terms of sale of goods/products and/or provision of services based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter — Terms and Conditions).
Using the website means accepting the Terms and Conditions offered by Arsero SRL, in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on electronic commerce. The relationship between the client and the seller is governed by Law No. 105/2003 on consumer protection and other regulations adopted on its basis.
The seller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, and the buyer is obliged to monitor these changes.
2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
By using the website www.rovise.com, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for processing, confirming, and fulfilling orders.
Personal data is processed exclusively for legal purposes — to provide the ordered goods, run promotions, Google analytics, use cookies, send notifications/newsletters.
All personal data information is stored and used only for the necessary period to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection.
We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and proper use of information on the website. However, data transmission over the internet or wireless networks cannot be fully secured. Like other companies, we cannot guarantee complete security of transmitted information — this remains the responsibility of the buyer.
3. ORDER REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Orders can be paid by bank card — upon receiving the order, you will receive a fiscal receipt confirming payment.
Online payment is made with maximum security using a bank card. After payment, you will receive a confirmation to the email you provided.
The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard. This means secure user authentication on the protected MAIB page, with a one-time confirmation code for each online transaction.
Refunds are possible only to the card used for the purchase.
To make a payment, the following data must be entered:
Card number (16 digits)
Expiry date (month and year)
CVC or CVV code (3 digits)
Cardholder’s first and last name
If the card currency differs from the transaction currency (MDL), the bank issuer’s exchange rate will be used for conversion.
4. DELIVERY OF GOODS / SERVICES
After placing an order, the buyer receives information about the estimated date of order delivery by courier/delivery service.
Within Chisinau municipality:
Delivery is made within 72 hours after order confirmation.
Delivery time: from 10:00 to 16:00.
For orders under 889 MDL, delivery costs 59 MDL; for orders over 890 MDL, delivery is free.
Across the territory of the Republic of Moldova:
Delivery is within 168 hours from confirmation.
Delivery time: from 10:00 to 16:00.
For orders under 889 MDL, delivery costs 79 MDL; for orders over 890 MDL, delivery is free.
Outside the territory of the Republic of Moldova:
Delivery takes from 30 to 90 days from confirmation.
Delivery time: from 10:00 to 16:00.
Delivery cost ranges from 210 to 640 MDL depending on the customer’s country.
Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times may be extended due to reasons beyond our control (weather conditions, technical failures, holidays, etc.). In case of delays, we will notify you in advance.
You can choose any delivery address — home, office, or another — at no extra charge. Only one address is accepted per order. For deliveries to different addresses, please place separate orders.
Upon receiving the goods, please check the integrity of the packaging and the presence of the fiscal receipt in the courier’s presence. Complaints regarding these issues will not be accepted later.
5. RIGHT OF RETURN
According to Law No. 105-XV dated March 13, 2013 on consumer protection, the buyer has the right to return the purchased goods for certain reasons within 14 days from the date of purchase. Refunds are made to the card used for payment.
Certain categories of goods (underwear, socks) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable according to Appendix No. 2 of Government Decision No. 1465 dated 08.12.2003 (MO248-253/19.12.2003), with amendments from Decision No. 1188 dated 02.11.2007 (MO175/09.11.2007).

6. PRIVACY POLICY
In accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection, the service provider processes personal data in good faith and on a legal basis. Processing is performed manually and automatically, respecting security and confidentiality requirements.
The following data provided at the time of order are processed: first name, last name, phone number, address, postal address. They are used only for website management, order delivery, and client communication.
The user agrees to data processing when placing an order, registering, and navigating the www.rovise.com website.
The provider does not disclose data to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law (requests from government authorities, courts, law enforcement agencies).
Data may also be used for statistical or marketing purposes. All employees are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of client data.
The provider does not collect information about bank transactions such as card number, expiry date, etc.
